Item appears stained

Order arrived on time and fit as expected however the pants looked to be covered in a white substance or stained. I tried washing them hoping it was superficial but the stains did not come out.

I've been buying these vintagesoft joggers, hoodies, shorts and sweaters for the last year and hope they remain a classic staple with seasonal colors. Just received the brown and love it. Took forever to get here though... Gaps shipping to Alaska used to be fast (within a week) but for the last few months it's taking up to a month each time. But we won't wear until fall time anyways
