This can sit comfortably high waisted or mid-rise, and the shorts are a very comfortable and soft material. They are very short shorts, but I don't mind as I am wearing this skirt more mid-rise. True to size, and seems well made. Hits mid thigh, so not too short either. Highly recommend!
