The sweater looks nothing like the photos in terms of size and length. I ordered my normal size (and it is even recommended to go down a size for a classic look) and it was small and short in the body and in the arms. I thought I could live with it until I washed the sweater and it shrunk even more! I washed it in cold water and air dryed it and it still shrank. Also it pills like crazy after washing and the navy fluffs get everywhere. I'm so disappointed in this purchase and I can't recommend it to anyone.

The pictures make the top look like it has a classic taper at the hips. Instead, it hangs straight. It is an odd fit because the shoulder area is for someone with narrow shoulders and then the torso area is rather wide. I have broad shoulders and narrow hips (5'4, 120, size S in Gap tops). It looked very odd on me. This sweater likely a hit or miss - it would look good on someone a very specific body type that the sweater is deigned for, but it's likely not a versatile fit. Lastly, the arms are way too short (so narrow at shoulder, way too wide in the torso, and short arms but it's not a ¾ sweater). On the plus side - great material and design concept. It just falls short in the mainstream fit.

Love this sweater! Ordered a XS, fits perfect, 130lbs, 5'5".

I was very excited to wear this. I am 5ft 11 and bought a large. The cut is short - as the description mentions. The sleeves are very short - fall above my wrist. It is really a pity - I love the concept and it's well made but am afraid this will become a very cute dust collector until I swallow the loss and part with it.
