I would have given it 5 stars but the strap is a little thin for a bag of this volume. Toting my lunch and an umbrella to work may be the most I'll be able to weigh it down with before the strap starts to dig into my shoulder
Bag itself is alright if you want a large tote. I assumed when I bought it, that it was an every day size bucket bag. Could be used as an overnight bag. I am glad I bought it on sale as I would not have paid original price for it. Would not recommend if you are looking for an everyday bag.
