I ordered my usual size (M - 5'5", 140 lbs) - unfortunately the skirt is as oversized (especially around the waist) as everyone is saying. Someone commented that they were disappointed that it shrunk in the wash... so I immediately washed and dried on high heat and now it's pretty much perfect.

Love this set. I originally purchased a size L in the skort and it was so tight, I couldn't zip it. I exchanged it for an XL, and it's so big, it almost falls off of me. I wish it would've fit because it's a very cute set! For reference, I am 5'3 and weigh 170.
