The fit on these is good but I got the black and the color is not good. It's a sort of acid wash with brown colouration. Not for me. This wasn't visible in the image photo. #sweepstakes

I am 5ft and 127 lbs—so not easily conducive to barrel pants. But these are perfect. The black wash feels and looks like demin but the fit is loose and very comfortable. Beware, they hit my ankle.

Echoing what another reviewer flagged - this is not a true black wash. It has some weird rusty/almost bleach-like staining throughout. Disappointing as I was looking for a neutral black because I love the cut of these pants. Keeping because I got them on sale and don't want to bother with the return, but I wouldn't recommend these if you're looking for true black!
