My daughter loves this hoodie. It is cute and warm.
So disappointed in this item! The design on the front started peeling off after my daughter wore it once. I contacted customer service for a discount after seeing that my size was no longer available to re-order. They wanted me to send the item back… But of course I couldn't as my daughter would be ...heart broken, this was a back to school item in our house. I shop at Gap a ton and have never had any issues like this, with an item or customer service. Very disappointed in the item and that customer service wouldn't do anything unless I returned the item. Do better!!! Makes me think twice about shopping at Gap when there is better customer service elsewhere.

gap.com/i ordered a small because it said to order 1 to 2 sizes down for a classis fit. This was to be a gift but i think it will be too small. I should have gotten a medium or large. The sweater doesn't seem very baggy. And Gap no longer has the style......I got the Coraline version. I am annoyed. Also it took a very long time to arrive
