I normally wear xs in shirts but sized up to small for what I thought would be a more relaxed fit. It is sooo tight and so sheer. I am 118lbs and 5'4 with an athletic straight build. Cute shirt but size up one to two sizes and also be aware your nude bra will still be seen through the white shirt.

gap.com/Petite small fits 5'1" roughly 108lbs, 32/34D chest depending on brand, 27in waist. Hits at hip on me, good length. They weren't joking about "stretch-to-fit". This one fits one size smaller than the modern v neck, which I also purchased. This is my first time buying from gap.com and will be paying close attention to fit description from now on. The top fits but feels a bit too snug for my needs, especially at the end of the day after all the eating/drinking/bloating. The fabric is a medium weight, soft, and with stretch. Not the ideal fabric for 90+ degree hot summer days but good for cooler days. Honestly, as a perimenopausal woman who can't handle heat, I rather prefer thinner 100% cotton tops. Between the two, I preferred the modern v-neck's neckline, fabric, and fit much better.

Perfect basic tee.
I have been wearing the modern crew for years. Over the years they change the fabric. This year is the ABSOLUTE WORSE VERSION of this amazing T shirt. The 4% elastane might be a factor.
