Excellent quality and very comfy pants

I bought one pair Carls Stone and one pair Khaki a while ago. My husband loved the pants so much. I am glad GAP has 33WX34L and I ordered more for him. This is the quality I expect from GAP. Awesome!

Color faded

I have the blue Color I use it for work. After few wash, Color started to fade, and I can see white lines of my wallet shape at my back pocket and cell phone shape at my front pocket.

I really needed a pair (two in fact) of sturdy dual use (work and going out and about) navy blue khakis. It's my favorite color. And GAP is providing. The fit is great, navy blue color is rich and I hope for it to last through many wash cycles. Models and cuts change through the years but I have never been not happy with my navy blue GAP khakis purchases.

If you are looking to replace a pair of these pants purchased in 2023 or earlier, be advised that the design has pivoted toward pseudo-workwear similar to the Dickies 874s. For those seeking a silhouette closer to the original version, you may have better success looking into their "90s Loose" or "Relaxed" fits instead. I have not tried them myself yet, but that is my best guess. While the listed fabric composition remains identical on paper, the actual fit and feel have changed drastically: - The Fit: The manufacturer has altered the cut from a relaxed, straight silhouette to a more restrictive slim-straight profile. - The Fabric: The material is now considerably rougher and stiffer. It lacks the soft, fluid texture that originally gave these pants a premium feel and allowed them to be easily dressed up. Ultimately, this redesign has sacrificed comfort in exchange for a faux-workpant texture & aesthetic

Thèse are decent chinos. But the fabric is not the same as what I bought before. The sizing are very inconsistent. It's suggère this time. The brown colour is too reddish. Even the leg opening is narrower. Overall they are okay. Waiting for when Gap would do a medium weight chino with the 90's loose fit.
