Good but Raw Hem

It's very strange that this skirt has a raw hem, which wasn't clear when I purchased, and makes what would be a nice skirt look very cheap. Returning these and keeping the Target Cat and Jack in the same style as quality is better.

If your daughter us on the tall side this too short. I bought XL. Also material is like "lycra" similar to swimwear. Not ideal for schools with a strict uniform dress code. Should work well for Tennis maybe.
