went a size up so it sat more slouchy at my waist and it was nice! not too tight but also not loose to need a belt. wish they had it in a light wash as well, would definitely grab another pair

gap.com/My first attempt at Barrel Jeans. I should be around a size 4 but BR has trended larger and larger in their sizing that I swear I go down a size every year. I ordered a 26. I am 5'1". I have a 26 in waist, 28" inseam, and a 35 ' hip. I was swimming in these jeans. Probably could have put both legs in one leg. Returned.

gap.com/I'm typically a 6/28 in gap jeans and pants, but these 28s fit smaller than expected. The fit is a bit looser on the model. I would size up one size for a baggier fit, if you want it to fit like in the styling photos. Love the shape of these though - they don't barrel too much, and fit loose in the legs without being too slouchy. Great length on me as well.

gap.com/When I first put them on, I thought "this is just what I wished a pair of baggy jeans to feel like." I'm 6'1" and 180 lbs and ordered a 31 Tall. They are about half an inch off the floor at my heel (such a refreshing change from years of ankle jeans in vogue!), The denim is soft and they aren't too baggy in the hips. My only complaint is that although they are not stretch denim, they do loosen over the course of the day and I'm even contemplating ordering a size down because I have to wear a belt with these to keep them up comfortably with this low rise (which actually it only jsut below my belly button, so not even that low). If I keep them, I feel like I'll have to wash them after every wear to get them to stay the right size.

gap.com/Regular size fits great in legs with room in waist, but far too tight in the seat, and I have an average size bum. Going to reorder in a larger size to see if it will fit better and be more comfortable to sit down.
