Soft and comfy. XS P is a good fit 4'11" 107 lbs. Not tight, not loose on waist. Listed as high rise but it only comes up to 9". Sits too low for a pull up pants in my opinion. I have this irrational fear that they'll fall down any second. It's final sale so I had to keep it. #sweepstakes
