I purchased 3 in black as my store did not have my size. I am 5'9 and the length is perfect! I am glad I did not get in Tall. The sleeves are slightly longer than I prefer. The tee is very flattering, slightly slim fitting I would say. I sized up to an XL and it is perfect. I can go between an ...L or XL. Really nice good weight fabric. I also picked up a brown and white stripe but didn't really like the look of it on my so I am returning. Would have preferred stripes to be wider apart.
I was excited to see a half-sleeve T in the Modern line. The short sleeve crew is my go-to for summer, and the long-sleeve is perfect for layering in winter. Love the fabric, fit etc. So I expected to love this half-sleeve alternative. BUT one detail is different, and it really bothers me. The trim ...at the neck on the half-sleeve crew is not top-stitched like the others. As a result, it seems flimsier, cheaper, doesn't sit as well. For those with sensitive skin, it's not as smooth a finish either. Another inconsistency: the half-sleeve is, strangely, shorter in the body than it's sister styles in the Modern line. Gap, please bring this piece up to the level of others in this line!

Very good tee! Well made, nice weight, washes well, and true to size. I'm 5'3", 150 lbs and ordered a petite large. It is the perfect length for me and true to size. Really love this tee! Feels so nice on, soft and retains it's shape. One of my favorite pieces!

I am always picky about tees, but this one exceeded my expectations when I bought it for myself. I love it, and I bought more. The material is excellent and the cut is beautiful. I ended up buying more tees for my daughter in a different color because I knew she would love it just as much as I do. If you are on the fence, just buy it—it's worth it!

Absolutely love these modern crewnecks with a little longer sleeve. So sad that the petite small is no longer available in white. I hope they bring this T-shirt back in more colors for petites. It's soft, quality material is perfect..
