Underwear received are not labelled as Organic cotton

I don't believe these underwear are actually organic cotton. I ordered a pair of the bikini and hipster to try, and the pairs received are labelled "92% cotton". Every piece of clothing I've ordered from Gap that are organic cotton are labelled as such. Is Gap lying about the material content?

Go to home/lounge panties. I wear these to sleep in. Very comfy. 5'2, 125 pounds and wear a medium. Cut in the booty is a little big/high but it's okay for my use. I wouldn't wear them out as there is too much fabric in back
