Underwear received are not labelled as Organic cotton

I don't believe these underwear are actually organic cotton. I ordered a pair of the bikini and hipster to try, and the pairs received are labelled "92% cotton". Every piece of clothing I've ordered from Gap that are organic cotton are labelled as such. Is Gap lying about the material content?

I use to buy these bikinis in different colors over the years. The quality is poorer and poorer. The fabric and the trim thinner. Disappointing.
