I'm always an xsmall/0 and these were tight though the waist and hips. I bought a different pair of denim shorts at the same time, same size and they fit perfectly. I loved the softness of the fabric.

Love them, a true classic in great fabrication, style and length. Very wearable and washable for all ages. .....a style The Gap has on summer repeat year after year. I bought both size 6 and 8 and decided to keep both as they are both so VERY close in fit, and my weight fluctuates in summer time due to adventures in travel eating!! Always forever love the Gap!❤️

These shorts are a flattering shape and length. They're comfortable and casual. My only complaint is that they wrinkle very easily. I tried ironing them, and they became wrinkly again almost immediately.
