Followed the size chart because linen doesn't really stretch and I wanted to be sure to get the right fit. Unclear if the sizing chart was totally off or if this pant is designed for gals with no hips. Size chart read 27.5" waist for the 4 and on arrival it's more like 29.5". My size is now sold out... so I'm going to bring them in to be altered because they are EXTREMELY cute, but I'm disappointed in the sizing. That being said: I have an hourglass shape and it feels like to fit my hips I had to get this size. Either way: they're super cute and at 5'8" they're a perfect cropped pant with a great shape.
Not sure if color is a factor for sizing here. Despite multiple reviews indicating you should size up in these pants, I ordered TTS thinking they may stretch. I should have sized DOWN. I'm swimming in this waistband! I can never get it right with gap/BR these days. I follow the size chart and even ...when I think I'm sizing down, it's not enough. For reference, I'm 5"2, 123lbs and ordered a reg 4 in the gingham print. The length is perfect! Hits the top of my foot. Was disappointed to find that the gingham is more of a black and brown than the white/cream and black shown in the photos.

I am so happy with these Linen-Blend Relaxed Straight Ankle Pants in the Tomato Sauce color. The red is bright and vibrant, yet very chic—it works perfectly as an accent color for my outfits without being overwhelming. Since the standard size 8 was out of stock, I took a chance on the 8 Tall. With a bit of hemming, the fit is absolutely perfect! These are comfortable, breathable, and stylish. I'm already planning to wear them for my upcoming trip to NYC in May. They are a great quality staple at a wonderful price!

Unfortunately, it was so see through that even with a skin-like underwear there's still odd pieces throughout the pants that show where there's an additional layer underneath. I really wanted to love the off-white but was so disappointed.

gap.com/I like these more than most linen pants which look too sloppy on me, especially when there is a drawstring/elastic waistband and pockets that make it shapeless. These have a nice drape and shape and fit well through hips. Can dress up or down. The linen quality is very good- soft and not scratchy. I'm 5'4 and the regular hit at my ankle which is perfect. Order a size up because the waist is snug.

I adore these pants. I ended up ordering a size 8 Tall because I wanted them to be a full length pant instead of an ankle pant. They are absolutely perfect & fit true to size. I have a 30" waist & 38" hips for reference. Ended up buying these in two colours because I love them so much. Wore them in Mexico in 28° weather and I stayed cool & comfortable.
