This is hands down the most comfortable piece of clothing I've ever owned. It feels like you're wearing nothing at all...it's just part of you. And it's somehow magically temperature self-regulating. After one day, I suddenly noticed there was no more hot/cold/hot/cold. I was just always the perfect... temperature while wearing this top. If I could only ever wear this top forever, I would. And I don't say this lightly... I'm the person who has an exploding drawer of random pj tops and bottoms that I keep, even though none are quite right when I put them on. I already bought the matching pants and will be buying additional sets in other colours so I can purge the other pyjamas.
I can't believe GAP did this. These were my number 1 favourite pajamas and I have like 7 pairs of them. The recent redesign is AWFUL. The fabric is now thinner, the piping along the edges isn't the satin anymore but a material that has frayed after ONE wash (!!!), the waist band doesn't stay fir...m but bunches up, the buttons pop open, there is pilling. My 18 month old pajamas that I wore through my entire pregnancy and washed about 60 times look better than the new style after 3 washes. SO DISAPPOINTED in this change. Change them back! For what you are charging for them, this is absolutely despicable.

These stayed soft for about 1 hour, then they started pilling! After one sleep they are completely pilled everywhere! I bought 8 pairs for gifts for my bachelorette party and was really hoping it would be a nice treat for my friends, but now I feel embarrassed! Do not spend your money on these. Agree with the other reviewers about the buttons popping open, but this was the least of my concerns with the pilling.

gap.com/So disappointed. I have loved the modal pajamas for years and have several pairs. I recently purchased another and the quality is horrible!! Not the same. The buttons are terrible, they fall out and un-clasp without even doing anything so frustrating. The fabric is soft, but has already torn in a few spots only after a few wears. They definitely cut corners on this product.

gap.com/The pj too arrived with one button completely off and in the plastic bag, and a second button popped off when I took the top out of the bag. Quality control issue! I kept the top and sewed buttons on. Nice fabric. Top would be better if slightly longer in body length.

gap.com/I adored these pajamas. I had a pair for the last couple of years and just replaced them. I was so incredibly disappointed to see how the quality has dropped. The waist band width is half of what it used to be, and the buttons are cheaper and so tiny that half the time I go to put the shirt on, buttons quickly and easily unbutton. I loved the old better quality version of your pajama, Gap. It's a shame you had to sell out on quality.
