The jeans themselves are good (comfortable material and cut), but the issues with Gap jeans fitting differently every time is real. I have other jeans from Gap that I like in a size 28, but these fit a bit too big. I understand that where the jeans waist hit on my waist makes an impact on the sizing...
Star rating applies only to the "Tall" size I bought. Purchased these because my Classic Straight High Rise jeans are *perfect* and I wear them almost dail, but are no longer being sold under than name. gap.com/The style of the Slim 90's was very good. After a few hours of wear they stretch out, get baggy. 11% polyester content. Would be nice to have 100 percent cotton again and have a nice fitting jean that holds its fit. Always look at the fabric content.

gap.com/Sizing is too inconsistent. I read reviews how the jeans are tight with no stretch and many said to order 1-2 sizes up. I liked the acid wash with the front seam split hem details but it was final sale. I opted to 2 sizes over my usual. I'm inbetween 26/27 depending on the jeans so got 29 since if there's no stretch, I'm guaranteed to fit. However the jeans actually do stretch and so are too big in the waist. I definitely could have fit in the 28 but perhaps the 27 may have been too snug (not going for the skinny jeans look). Maybe the stretch factor depends on the rinse but the acid wash definitely has stretch! Order just 1 size up!

Gap jeans used to be the only ones that fit me, but unfortunatly not this one. Too thight around the tighs and there was a gap at the back of the waist. The petite lenght was perfect though on my 5'2 frame. #sweepstakes

The jeans were unfortunately as expensive as my cheeky straights but the material was half as thick or durable but the but was great. I have a barely there butt and it fit me like a push up bra for my butt. I would love my cheeky straights to have a butt like this but I love the cheeky ankle and over all shape and would get that instead but there were none on the site except for size 25 in any colour so I got these and I'm not sure what to do with the length and the wider ankle as it doesn't look very good folded or long because I am short legged and long waisted but over all I am happy with the jeans. Wanted to rave about the butt but over all it's a 3/5 which is still great for a jean
