Very cropped and boxy. Got the XS for my 4,5 year old who is on the tall and slim side and this was huge on her and yet, short. She will need to definitely wear a shirt under it or possibly over a dress but it is really short even with high waisted paints. Decided to keep it because loves cheetahs right now, it was on sale and the weight of it is nice. Might get moved to the costume bin.
