We bought a couple pairs of these, one in this brown and one in tan for my son so that he'd have something nicer than sweatpants to wear for dinners or high school interviews. The straight cut fit him really well, lengthened his legs, and the pants looked really nice. He has really liked them as well and they've become a regular daily wear pant. He wears both colors at least once per week. With all that frequent wear and washing over the past half year, they have held up amazingly well, and only recently started to show some wear at the knees. I actually just ordered additional pairs in a size up, and would have ordered a couple more pairs in his current size but they are now sold out!

I chose these pants specifically because they are 100% cotton with no stretch material. Material with woven-in stretch wears out too quickly for my kid! I expect these corduroys will be sturdy and repairable.

These are perfect for my 11 year old, he's tall and built like a teenager so it's always so difficult to find pants that work for him. They are comfortable, and perfect for church, recitals, and holidays.
