I recently picked up this long‑sleeve tee (cotton, yey!) in the XS Petite (I'm 5'1″, 110 lb) and it hit the sweet spot between comfort and structure. The XS Petite runs true to size—snug enough to look tailored without feeling restrictive. The cotton‑blend feels substantial, holds its shape after m...ultiple washes, and doesn't sag or balloon. It's the kind of fabric that gives a shirt a little body while still moving with you. After several cycles in the washer (cold, tumble‑dry low), the colour remains vivid—no fading, dulling or pilling. I don't buy into the trend of ultra‑soft fabrics that can look cheap or unflattering. This tee strikes a balance: it's comfortable and has enough heft to look polished. Bottom line: It's a solid staple for anyone who prefers a bit of substance over "sooo‑soft" fluff.
Why does a simple shirt require a 'Russian novel' worth of tags sewn directly into the seams? It's impossible to remove them without ripping the fabric! On top of that, there's an annoying and scratchy tag at the back of the neck. Also, why has the XSP size been on backorder for so long? It's been u...navailable for ages. Between the uncomfortable, non-removable tags and the lack of stock in key sizes, this experience is disappointing.

I originally ordered 3 shirts in Small (knowing that I'm a pretty true small despite some of gaps shirts being on the smaller side). I'm 5'4, 120lbs and the smalls did fit well (hit at about my hips), but after washing one of them (it shrunk about an inch in length and a couple of the strings pulled on the pointelle lace), so I decided I might as well get the Mediums to make sure I have extra length and a little more give. THESE FEEL SO NICE; they're not as heavy as Gaps cotton/modal blend shirts. They're a good in between seasons shirt. Because of the pulls I've decided to make them pj shirts (although I intended to wear them as everyday going out shirts). I can see where a couple of the reviews said it fit like a scuba suit or a children's top. I totally see where they're coming from but on me, I didn't find that to be the case (except for the tighter fit but to be fair you can see the pull on the models breast and gap shirts are usually tight). Size up if you're concerned about length and being too tight. Also the neck IS a little higher than expected and smaller but that's not a bad thing. Otherwise for less than $20 on sale, I'm happy with my purchase. Hope this helps! #sweepstakes

gap.com/This shirt runs small, very thin material, not as long in a tall, and very poorly sewn, especially around the shoulders. Gap used to be the place I could get my staples but not anymore. Seriously disappointed.
