Usually a 28 in GAP jeans and sized up to 29. They are perfectly comfortable. Love that they are not extremely high rise as I have a short torso. I've finally found what I was looking for.

gap.com/I am one who usually takes sizing reviews with a grain of salt. I have tons of gap jeans in size 26 so I thought I was safe. NOPE. Barely buttoned up. I am 5'4" 123 lbs. like I just weighed myself for accuracy. It is real, size up. Going to have to return sadly!

Sized up as per recommendation and they're perfect!
I wanted to love these jeans. The fit is perfect for me and true to size. But the dark indigo colour is not accurate. I was expecting a nice cool blue throughout, but the faded parts of these jeans have an awful yellowish tinge that make them look dirty.
