The dress is pretty. It fits well everywhere except the strap sleeves.

I received this dress twice and each time it smelled like a musty mildew/mold smell- so awful I had to put the dress outside- returning this which is a shame because it was a cute and flattering dress!

Ordered the petite medium, I'm curvy large bust area. There is plenty of room, it's runs slightly big in the waistline area but a small would probably be too tight. Gorgeous dress, worth the money.

I ordered a M Petite since they were out of the regular length and this has to be the least flattering dress out of everything in my order. The drop waist gives it weird proportions and I just looked like a big overstuffed ravioli torso with a ruffle at the bottom. Better for a skinnier or more hourglass figure. The fabric is a warmish red and just looks like plain woven cotton, prone to wrinkling, not especially luxe, no real linen texture.

Ordered this dress three times because the cut is so nice. But each order arrived smelling like mold. I had my family check the dress to make sure I wasn't imagining. I am so disappointed by Gap for thecextreme the lack of quality control. This was the case for the black dress with white trim in xs. I can't speak to the other colors or sizes.

Great dress for summer. Material is beautiful, Gap seems to still make organic materials which is nice. I gave it four stars only because I sadly had to return, only because it didn't suit me.

If you have larger than a B cup avoid this dress. Not sure why Gap made all their summer dresses with very small busts this season. So frustrating! And confused what body type they are basing their fits off of. The straps are also an issue. They are adjustable but even on the tightest setting the straps are falling off. I'll either return or need to get this altered. Definitely try this on in person if you're interested.
