Purchased my normal size (10) 165lbs 5'8 and they fit great! snug through the rear and hips and a nice wide but not sloppy leg. Great on the length (ordered tall) as I need a 33.5-34 inch inseam. They're amazing! I'm not a fan of elastic waist linen pants... and I haven't been able to find a pair ...
I bought a 00petite online. The pants that arrived had a 34" waist. Both tags said 00petite. Good thing I have a store nearby to return them. 0 stars for poor quality control.

LOVE these linen pants. Perfect leg width and fit in the waist/butt. I like the way they drape, just heavy enough to have structure, but thin enough to flow & not be hot. I bought the white & although a tiny bit sheer, the front pockets are lined with nude colour material and if you wear nude underwear, it's fine. I'm 5'9" 130 lbs & the size 4/tall is perfect. Highly recommend. Fast shipping too. #sweepstakes

gap.com/I purchase a size 16 pant because I know a 14 will be too tight. WRONG! Going by the posted measurements for sizing, I should probably be wearing a 18...maybe a 20 (yikes) but since sizing is more of a fantasy than a reality in its description, I really didn't know what size to buy. As I said, it was a 16. The waist measures 43 inches! They are gigantic! I think the size chart says a 16 = a 33 inch waist. Again, a fantasy size chart. Perhaps one should order three different sizes to make sure one fits. * A positive: althought the fabric does not feel anything like a linen/cotton blend (I swear polyester is in there somewhere), the material is soft and comfortable.

gap.com/Fit was waaay to big. Ordered a 4 Tall. What I received seems like at least a size 8. I tried it with a belt and there was so much slack a belt couldn't fix it. Either mislabeled with the wrong size or get them one or two sizes down.

I ordered these in brown. Size 4 with tall inseam. The fit is big. They look like a brown denim. O like tge look of them, however, they are more "casual" than I expected.
