I recently ordered a few of these and decided to order more in the same colours because I really liked them. The new one, purchased within a month or so of the other ones feels more ribbed and scratchy, not soft like the others. Will be returning it unfortunately.

I like the color fabric and shape of the modern-neck T-shirt. However the size is unexpectedly small. I wear the long sleeve version of this T-shirt and it fits perfectly. The short sleeve is too small and the V- neck too deep.

gap.com/I've been buying Gap tees for years, but the quality lately has tanked. I bought this tee in my usual petite medium to allow for shrinkage, but after washing on delicate, it was too small to wear - and I'm 4'11 and 110 lbs. Good quality cotton, just cut too small for a medium petite. The white modern tees are see through, the fabric is so thin. I've had black ones that are also cut too small.

gap.com/I ordered a few this season, and they were the same usual soft mid weight modern fabric. I ordered a few more right after I received the first batch, but the second batch is totally different. The fit is the same, but the second batch has small ribbing instead of flat fabric, and they are scratchy. So disappointing.

gap.com/Very disappointed in the quality of the current favorite t-shirts. It has changed and not for the better. Your t-shirt has been my go to for many, many years. But now the fabric and the fit are horrible. Your t-shirts used to be more form fitting with a nice longer length. I hate the boxy fit now and the trim around the neck used to lay flush and now looks thick and bulky. The quality of the material now is comparable to what I find at discount stores. Please bring back the favorite T-Shirt with the quality we've come to love.

gap.com/As some people mentioned they are more fitted than the previous version, I got S instead of my usual XS, and they are fitted but not tight. Sleeves are shorter this year and material is a little thinner than long sleeve version but perfect for hot summer days. Length is also a little shorter, but I like this better. Previous version was a bit too long.
