The images don't quite capture the casual elegance of this top. The width of the material over the shoulders is in a 2:1 relationship with the deep v. I got the XL (I'm a 38DD, long torso, 200lbs). It's fits snug but not tight - just how I wanted it.

This shirt is very stretchy and form fitting. I ordered my usual medium and it was super tight. I was expecting a basic cotton shirt so I had to return it.
