I've been buying these T-shirts for over a decade now, and they always change the fit slightly every year. I always take a medium, and it's actually on the loose side typically but this year it's quite a bit tighter under the arms, which makes it a little bit more uncomfortable. I always buy a size ...large for T-shirts to wear around the house so I can just throw them in the washing machine and dryer and then come out soft and slightly smaller. For a T-shirt that I wanna wear out I always get the medium and have to hang dry them, which means they don't get as soft.
I purchased 3 of these t-shirts, having purchased Gap's cotton t-shirts previously. When they arrived, I was surprised to see how short they were and when I tried them on, they barely covered my stomach. I am just under 6 ft tall and buy Gap's blouses and t-shirts because they offer tall sizing. ... It was also snug in fit whereas other XL tall t-shirts I have purchased from Gap fit very well. This just didn't cut it. I had to return all 3 of them. Sooooo disappointing. The Gap is no longer offering tall sizing in their Banana Republic line. This is ill advised as I cannot think why they think average clothes fit tall women. Please rethink the styling and bring back Tall sizing in all Gap lines.

gap.com/I love the way these tees fit before washing. After washing (and following care instructions) mine have shrunk at least one, maybe 2 sizes. Serious bummer! What was a cute slouchy oversized look is now tight and short.

Gap t shirts are my go to there the best out there with jeans or a skirt.. I have at least 4 in my closet.. especially white because who doesn't look great in a clean white t shirt

I love Gap t-shirts. They are a summer staple in my closet. They are thicker than most other brands and light, breathable, and airy. I highly recommended them!
