I've been buying these T-shirts for over a decade now, and they always change the fit slightly every year. I always take a medium, and it's actually on the loose side typically but this year it's quite a bit tighter under the arms, which makes it a little bit more uncomfortable. I always buy a size ...large for T-shirts to wear around the house so I can just throw them in the washing machine and dryer and then come out soft and slightly smaller. For a T-shirt that I wanna wear out I always get the medium and have to hang dry them, which means they don't get as soft.
I purchased 3 of these t-shirts, having purchased Gap's cotton t-shirts previously. When they arrived, I was surprised to see how short they were and when I tried them on, they barely covered my stomach. I am just under 6 ft tall and buy Gap's blouses and t-shirts because they offer tall sizing. ... It was also snug in fit whereas other XL tall t-shirts I have purchased from Gap fit very well. This just didn't cut it. I had to return all 3 of them. Sooooo disappointing. The Gap is no longer offering tall sizing in their Banana Republic line. This is ill advised as I cannot think why they think average clothes fit tall women. Please rethink the styling and bring back Tall sizing in all Gap lines.

I am finding shopping at Gap increasingly disappointing tbh. Their quality and sizing varies so widely… even between batches of the same item. I purchased this top in white:very nice quality—feels like 100% soft cotton, substantial fabric, neckline lays flat. I purchased colours (yellow, light blue): terrible quality—does not feel like 100% cotton(has a strange stretchy elasticity), flimsy, rippled neckline, and 1 arrived with a defective split side seam. I have placed another order of different tees to try again; but going forward I think to shop Gap I will have to go in-store to examine quality myself because Gap quality control has become unreliable imo.

I knew I would love these tshirts. I was given one as a gift. They are soft and durable light weight feel. I chose petite which is so nice to fine. The V neck is perfect. Not revealing at all( hard to find out there). I love black. But I think I will get white as well
