These shorts are adorable! They are a thick terry material but move well with my son. I like the length, hitting slightly above the knee. Consistent with my experience with Gap baby boys' clothes, these run bigger than other brands we've tried. My petite 3 yo (25 lb weight) fits 12-18 month perfectly.
