I love this dress. The cotton is light weight, but you don't have to worry about it being see through because it is lined. The lining and dress is this light cotton material. The chest is adjustable with the string to allow you to make a little tighter or looser. I love the fit.

gap.com/Love this dress! The smocking is very stretchy, I was able to size down in the dress even with 36ddd bust. The straps are wide enough for a normal bra. This will be a very comfortable dress for the summer that you can dress up or down.
