We've been on the hunt for good underwear for our toddler girl. Every brand that sells cotton underwear for toddlers have fallen apart after a few washes. These are great quality and have held up through several washes! I would say fits true to size, our girl just turned 2 and the size 2/3 is slightly big on her.

The underwear itself seems fine though slightly high cut for this age, but the Elsa and Anna characters on the front look strange - like a knock off that only resembles them if you look at it from far away. Since the characters were the main reason for this purchasing, I would not recommend this item. Only Olaf looked right.
