Returning or exchanging items bought online

Returns sent by mail are being delayed 4–6 weeks due to high volume and additional safety precautions taken by shipping carriers and at our return center. Have a store nearby? Returns can be made at stores that have reopened for shopping. We recommend in-store returns so you get a faster refund. To return in store, show your shipping confirmation email printed, or on your mobile device.

To ship your Return Items:

  • 1. Identify items and begin the return process
      • To begin your return and create a prepaid UPS or prepaid Canada Post return shipping label, use the interactive returns process.
      • You may opt out of the interactive returns process, though additional charges will apply. If you chose this option continue to step 2.
  • 2. Complete invoice
      • a) Select return type.
        • Standard Return: Refund in form of original payment.
        • Gift Return: Refund in form of gift card.
      • b) Write the quantity and reason code for each return in the far-right column of the invoice.
    • 3. Prepare your package
        • a) Place the completed invoice, and your return into package. Use original packaging if possible.
        • b) Seal package securely.
        • c) Affix your chosen carrier return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
    • 4. Ship your package
        • Take your package to a drop off location based the self-selected prepaid return label. If you chose to opt out of creating a pre-paid label through the interactive returns process, please address your package to the address below and return via UPS or Canada Post:

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged? Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How much is the return shipping fee for online purchases? Returns are free.
Is the shipping fee charged for exchanges? Exchanges are free.

How can I receive a refund for my order? Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase.
I received an item as a gift. How can I receive a refund? Gifts returned with gift receipt (invoice) will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt (invoice) will receive a merchandise certificate by mail in the amount of the current selling price.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Extended holiday returns policy Items purchased online or in stores between Nov 1st and Dec 24th may be returned by Jan 15th, or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. For those online items returned by mail, these must be received at our facility by Jan 15th, or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail. Proof of purchase is required.

  • 1 Swimwear must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
  • 2 New sunglasses may be returned within 45 days if accompanied by the original receipt and complimentary case, with tags attached. Defective sunglasses can be returned at any time.
