This is my first ever Maxi denim skirt, the design and color is great as well as the quality. It's a high waister skirt true to size I'm 5'1 ft. 101lbs./ 46 kg. I got the 00 petite (my usual size) and the length and fitting for me is perfect. But if you have a big behind I think this isn't for you because the design is plain straight, the material is not stretchable. Another issue is that the waist part is narrow it's a bit hard when you remove the skirt down it gets stock on my hips. I just hope that they made the zipper opening a little bit longer for easy removal. Over all for my skinny body type It fits well, my son complimented me for the first time he said It looks good on me. So I'm happy with my purchase #sweepstakes

Why do people design clothes like this? The only body type this would fit well is someone with no rear end and straight the whole way down. I'm a 6-8 and the butt is tight, legs fit well, and waist in the back is gigantic.

gap.com/I ordered a 25P, and in some aspects, this is great. The perfect length for my 5'3" height, and looks really cute (especially from the front) while on. However, there is NO STRETCH, and this is very high waisted with a relatively short zipper. I can get it on, but it is really hard to get off over my rear (which is very normal sized, not huge but not flat). If I put on any weight I could see it getting stuck on, but if I go up a size, it will be too big in the waist. So unfortunately, I need to return this. If there was even a little bit of stretch, it would be a keeper.
