With so many hit-n-misses in my last few purchases, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric is actually soft, but not too thin. I bought this t-shirt because I want a basic white cotton shirt for those hot summer days with high humidity. This item is listed as being 100% cotton, which is usually a dream fabric for those type of days. I was surprised when I opened the package and the t-shirt had stretch to it and felt silky...

Soft and good fit
Thank goodness I didn't buy these at full price. After one wash and hang to dry, the neck is out of shape and the bottom seam flips up.

Gap makes this an iconic tee. Fits perfectly and not too long. The cotton is so soft and comfortable. Bought them in navy, white and grey and love them all.

There is no quality to this t-shirt. After the first wash the neck was stretched out and it looked/hung like a rag. The fabric wasn't as soft as other vintage t's I've purchased at the Gap. Don't waste your money.

I purchased this same shift last year in size small tall and it fit perfectly. I just purchased it again in the same size but it fits a size smaller. It is very frustrating that the sizing is not kept consistent.

Thin fabric comes out wrinkled from drier. Older tshirts were heavier, not as sheer.
