I'm not pregnant but I like the Modern Line up. I have an hourglass size 14 figure so yes there is a lot of material left in the middle, however, I wrapped a belt around the waist to take up the extra fabric and it is quite flattering. It fits nicely across my wide hips.i don't love the neckline as a boat neck would have been much more flattering but it still works. Plenty of room in this for a little munchkin pouch and I definitely recommend this.
