Not as soft and slightly thicker than I imagined but this will probably soften after a few washes! It's cute and looks more expensive than it is, I am 5"8 152lbs and got a Medium Tall as I wanted it to be a little longer. TTS and the perfect oversize fit, I chose to ignore reviews suggesting to size... down as it's meant to be relaxed and I'm pleased with the size I ordered. Can't wait to style this with baggy jeans, and also over shorts in cooler summer evenings.
I went down a size because that's all that was available on sale, and it's oversized. But even with that, the sleeves are long, and it's still oversized. I like that it's 100% cotton though, with so much of cash soft, that isn't. What I don't love about the sweater is at the shoulder, where the bo...dy is sewn to the sleeve, it's not smooth. So looks a little poorly made. More natural fabrics please, Gap!

gap.com/I bought two of these sweaters. I love the design and fit but it's not good quality. After washing the sweater (carefully), it started pilling so bad and it just looks really worn out and also shrunk a bit despite being air dryed. There's a lot of loose threads too. I've bought other 100% cotton sweaters for less money than this and they didn't pill as much. I don't recommend this unless you only plan to wear it with an undershirt and never wash it.

The quality has held up beautifully, and I love that they continue to bring it back each season. I recently grabbed another one because it's just that good—comfortable, versatile, and easy to dress up or down. Definitely a repeat purchase for me! P.S. The fit is oversized but I sized up for even a roomier fit. You ca stick to your size if you don't like the oversized vibe.
