Oversized and looks chic with work or night out attire

I purchased this coat to use for spring/summer-although based on the other reviews, I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be a raincoat or not. Received it today, and I still don't know. The fabric is coated, so it might repel rain? The important things to know: it is NOT oversized-just long in length; it is impossible to button, due to the buttons placement behind a placket, which is ridiculous. I tried for several minutes to solve the problem, but couldn't do it. I guess you just go with the belt for closure. But, considering all my concerns, I could not make this coat work. Still, a decent sale price, so if you are curious, try it and Good Luck!!

Like others have said, this is a very light/thin material, lighter than Oxford. I sized down and found it to be very flattering.
