I ordered a couple pairs to try out after reading all these reviews regarding the tag. It is so soft and comfy, I can hardly tell wearing anything. As to the tag, it's a easy fix. It fits true to size, I'm a 36in hip and medium fits great. I'll be ordering more.
I loved the original Gap breathe hipster for the wide top band and full front-to-back coverage. I bought the new design in the SAME size and it is 1" less top band, 1" shorter at the hip, and 1/2" narrower band width! The new design is almost the same as the bikini, with the high diagonal cut from t...he crotch to the hip. Whereas the old design was almost straight across. Please bring back the old design. If I wanted the bikini cut, I would have picked the bikini! I wish I could include a photo to show how significant the design change is.
