I purchased 3 in black as my store did not have my size. I am 5'9 and the length is perfect! I am glad I did not get in Tall. The sleeves are slightly longer than I prefer. The tee is very flattering, slightly slim fitting I would say. I sized up to an XL and it is perfect. I can go between an ...L or XL. Really nice good weight fabric. I also picked up a brown and white stripe but didn't really like the look of it on my so I am returning. Would have preferred stripes to be wider apart.
I was excited to see a half-sleeve T in the Modern line. The short sleeve crew is my go-to for summer, and the long-sleeve is perfect for layering in winter. Love the fabric, fit etc. So I expected to love this half-sleeve alternative. BUT one detail is different, and it really bothers me. The trim ...at the neck on the half-sleeve crew is not top-stitched like the others. As a result, it seems flimsier, cheaper, doesn't sit as well. For those with sensitive skin, it's not as smooth a finish either. Another inconsistency: the half-sleeve is, strangely, shorter in the body than it's sister styles in the Modern line. Gap, please bring this piece up to the level of others in this line!

Is not the same material as my other modern t from a year ago. Thin, cheap material. Fits tighter as well. Returned. Disappointed as it used to be my favorite t.

Bought 3 of these, every year for the past several years I buy white, black and a couple colours. These used to be fantastic classy work appropriate shirts. Now they are really thin and not as much cotton. Sad really. I have to find somewhere else to get a similar product.

LOVE this shirt! Biggest reason: decent sleeves that almost reach your elbow vs the silly little sleeves most women's T-shirts have. It is also true to size, comfortably loose but not baggy at all and so soft! I bought 2 and will buy more!
