Ordered size 7, the sling back isn't tight enough even at the last notch, so it's essentially useless. It does not provide adequate support. I also received shoes that are clearly not the same size, despite both being labelled a 7, one is slightly bigger than the other when you compare. I expected b...etter from Gap.

gap.com/I bought these twice now, sized up, sized down and no matter what, the back strap does not stay on your heel. The strap constantly falls down while walking. I've tried adjusting it to the smallest, nothing works. The strap is not sewn on correctly for a kitten heel. I have several pairs from Madewell and none of those have this issue. Do not recommend buying
