Cotton is soft but fabric is so thick they cannot be worn under shirts, and too thick to wear in hot summer weather. Really disappointed. I ordered an L and an XL. Both were not only made in different countries (not a big deal in and of itself), but more egregiously, they were cut and constructed differently. The L seemed more like a standard fit with a thin, flimsy collar, while the XL was more like a relaxed fit with a thicker, sturdier collar. I'll be returning them both as they both weren't quite right, and if I were to order any more, I have no idea which version I would receive. That being said, I did like the weight and thickness of both tees and they were quite soft. Shame that the quality control is so poor.
